We currently have several Microsoft Access Database applications that we have developed over the years that allows you to save a lot of time and have most of the activities your organization provides all in one program.  We also provide the full Design version.  MS Access database programs have a one time fee for this full design single PC version which means you are allowed to change it as you see fit.  Also included is a database application for 32 bit or 64 bit MS Office.  We do provide a single copy that is for one computer but you can install this on as many computers as you like.  Each computer would have their own data.  We do provide support if you would like assistance with how to setup a network so that multiple users can share one data file.

Many are non profits who are membership organizations like chambers of commerce, Associations, Churches, and HOA's.  We do also work with a variety of companies who need equiment maintenance management also known as CMMS, Small companies who need basic company management and last we do have an application for Families that include personal finance management.

How long does it take to develop a custom database?

The development timeline for a custom database depends on the complexity of the project, but we strive to deliver efficient solutions in a timely manner.  All of our custom database experience has never been from scratch, we have always been able to copy much of the work needed from our existing applications.

Do you provide ongoing support for your software solutions?

Yes, we offer ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure your software solutions continue to meet your needs.  This support is offered both at a very affordable annual rate or a by the hour solution.  Those who subscribe to annual support are also provided with customization of adding logo's to the application and updates to the program should they occur.

Can your membership software link to clients website

Yes, we offer a one click solution to update membership directories that offer members many options such as mutiple contacts on one listing, a logo or picture, social networking links, url for the members website, ability to offer discounts of their services and a few others.

Do membership applications offer event management

Yes, there is 2 functional event type, Major Events and Networking Events.  Major events are those with several fee options and for business or individual attendance. Network events are for individuals representing a business and are no fee or single fee.  All event managment also includes simple create invoice options to send to attendee and receive payments.  Last, major events can also be uploaded to website showing attendees.

For the church application, can annual donation statements be created

Yes, the program offers a report that can be viewed at anytime showing the church attendee detail of donations during the year.  This is of course possible provided you enter the donations each week which we have also automated to make as fast as possible.
